How long will it take for my picture to be ready?    Name paintings will normally be posted approximately 3-4 weeks from receipt of your order. In busy periods this may be longer.  Please let me know if your order is urgent!

How much will it cost for delivery?
UK delivery is free for orders over £35. 

For orders up to £4 - £1.50

For orders up to £8 - £2

For orders up to £35 -£4.50

If your order is urgent, you may decide to pay for next day delivery (from completion of the picture!).  This is according to weight and is calculated during checkout.

How will my order be sent?
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.  This normally takes approximately 2 to 3 days.  You will need to be in to sign for your parcel. Urgent parcels can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24 hour Courier.

Can paintings be delivered outside the UK?
Pictures can be delivered worldwide.  Unframed pictures are posted flat between sheets of double walled card.  Framed name pictures up to 14 by 10 inches can be sent overseas. Unfortunately the larger framed pictures (16 by 10 and 20 by 10) are too big to post by Airmail.

Europe - £10 per order

Canada, Middle East, Far East - £16 per order

Australia, New Zealand, Singapore -  £18 per order

USA  - £28 per order

Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs regardless of whether you actually receive your package.  We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the UK. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country.
