How long will it take for my picture to be ready?
During the School Summer Holidays please allow 8 weeks for delivery. Name paintings will normally be despatched approximately 4 weeks from receipt of your order. In busy periods this may be longer. Please let me know if your order is urgent!
How much will it cost for delivery?
UK delivery is free. If your order is urgent, you may decide to pay for next day delivery (from completion of the picture!). This is according to weight and is calculated during checkout. If you order cards only there is a fixed chage of £2.50.
How will my order be sent?
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. This takes approximately 2 to 3 days. You will need to be in to sign for your parcel. Urgent parcels can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24 hour Courier.
Can paintings be delivered outside the UK?
Pictures can be delivered worldwide. Unframed pictures are posted rolled in a tube to avoid damage. Framed name pictures up to 14 by 10 inches can be sent overseas. Unfortunately the larger framed pictures are too big to post by Airmail.
Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs regardless of whether you actually receive your package. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the UK. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country.
Can I return it if I am not happy?
I endeavour to get everything to you in good condition but sometimes things get damaged or go missing, in which case I will try and rectify things as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged in transit please contact me within 3 days to let me know and I will replace it free of charge. Please keep all packaging in case we need to pursue a claim with the carrier.
I regret that I are not able to offer refunds on name paintings that have been supplied correctly as they have made specially for you.
